Today when I clicked Send button after composing a mail in Gmail, I was prompted to add the attachment because I wrote, “Please find the attached” and had not attached any file. This was a pleasant surprise. Can I call it innovation? Not many mail providers check for this. Have you found innovation in areas where people do not think of normally?
